1. Gentle Pre-Rinse & Surface Loosening

We begin with a thorough rinse using pressurized water to:

• Remove loose dirt, dust, and surface contaminants

At DFW Auto Details, our Basic Exterior Hand Wash service is designed as a routine maintenance wash for vehicles in reasonably clean condition. This service is not intended to correct paint imperfections or provide restorative results. It includes a gentle, non-abrasive hand wash of the vehicle’s exterior, light bug removal, wheel and tire cleaning, and towel drying.

Important Service Limitations:

• No Paint Correction or Wax Protection Included:
  This package does not include clay bar treatment, machine polishing, paint correction, or protective wax or ceramic coatings. For gloss enhancement or paint protection, please ask about our upgraded packages.

• No Undercarriage or Engine Bay Cleaning:
  This wash does not include cleaning of the undercarriage, engine bay, or any mechanical components.

• Wheel and Tire Cleaning is Basic Only:
  Tire and wheel cleaning in this package is limited to surface-level washing using standard cleaners and brushes. Heavy brake dust buildup, tar, or oxidation may require deeper cleaning, which is not included in this basic package.

• Contaminant Removal Limitations:
  Removal of embedded contaminants such as tar, sap, road paint, or industrial fallout is not included. These may require additional detailing services.

• Condition-Based Results:
  The effectiveness of this service depends on the condition of the vehicle’s exterior. We cannot guarantee complete removal of all dirt, spots, or contaminants on neglected or heavily soiled surfaces.

• Pre-Existing Damage:
  DFW Auto Details is not responsible for pre-existing damage such as clear coat failure, rust, oxidized paint, loose trim, or fragile finishes that may be affected during normal washing.
