By booking the Intensive Interior Clean service with DFW Auto Details, you (“the customer”) acknowledge, understand, and agree to the following terms and conditions:

​Scope of Service

The Intensive Interior Clean is a professional-grade deep cleaning service designed to improve the overall appearance, hygiene, and condition of a vehicle’s interior. This package focuses on the thorough cleaning of carpets, seats, mats, upholstery, leather, plastic panels, glass, and related surfaces using industry-standard equipment and products.

Service Limitations

While our Intensive Interior Clean is designed to dramatically improve the condition of heavily soiled vehicle interiors, there are important limitations to consider. This service focuses on cosmetic cleaning and sanitation, and does not include repair, restoration, or hazardous material remediation.

Please review the following limitations carefully:

Stain, Odor, and Contaminant Removal

• This service does not guarantee the full removal of all stains, odors, pet hair, or embedded contaminants.

• Results may vary depending on the age, depth, material, and chemical composition of the stain or odor source.

• Permanent or chemically set stains (such as dye transfers, bleach spots, or ink) may not be removable through detailing.

• Embedded pet hair, especially in fabrics or carpet fibers, will be removed to the best of our ability, but some may remain in areas of deep accumulation.

Leather & Upholstery Damage

• This package does not include repair or restoration of physical damage to leather or fabric.

• Cracks, fading, discoloration, holes, tears, worn finishes, or burns on leather or fabric materials will not be treated, repaired, or replaced.

• Conditioning is available for protection, but it will not reverse wear-and-tear.

Odor Removal Limitations

• Enzyme-based deodorizing and sanitation are included, but complete odor elimination is not guaranteed.

• Strong, persistent odors—such as cigarette smoke, pet urine, mold, mildew, or chemical spills—may require specialized remediation not included in this package.

Headliner Cleaning

• Due to the delicate nature of headliners and the risk of damaging adhesives or fabric, we perform light spot cleaning only.

• Full headliner shampooing or steam cleaning is not offered as part of this service.

Disassembly of Vehicle Components

• We do not disassemble seats, consoles, panels, or interior trim as part of this package.

• Any request for disassembly must be discussed in advance, approved by DFW Auto Details, and confirmed in writing before the service begins.

Mold, Mildew, and Biohazard Materials

• This package does not include mold removal, mildew remediation, or biohazard cleanup (e.g., bodily fluids, rodent infestation, or chemical spills).

• Vehicles with these issues will be declined or referred to a specialized service provider.

Electronic Component Handling

• All electronics—such as touchscreens, control buttons, sensors, switches, and infotainment systems—will be cleaned carefully using safe, non-saturating methods.

• However, DFW Auto Details is not responsible for pre-existing damage or any malfunction that may occur as a result of cleaning sensitive or water-vulnerable components.

• This service is not intended to restore interior materials to their original, factory-new condition, nor does it include cosmetic, mechanical, electrical, or structural repairs.

This information is provided to ensure clear expectations and help you make an informed decision regarding the service. If your vehicle has unique conditions or concerns beyond the scope of this package, we encourage you to contact us in advance to discuss possible options.

 

 

Customer Responsibilities

• The customer agrees to remove all personal belongings, valuables, trash, and items of sentimental or financial value prior to drop-off. DFW Auto Details is not responsible for lost or misplaced items.

• Any pre-existing damage to the interior must be disclosed at the time of drop-off or before service begins.

• The customer agrees to inspect the vehicle upon completion of the service and bring up any concerns before leaving the premises.

Liability Waiver

DFW Auto Details takes every precaution to ensure safe and professional service. However, by proceeding with the Intensive Interior Clean, the customer releases DFW Auto Details, its employees, and agents from any liability for:

• Damages resulting from pre-existing conditions or aged materials

• Electronics malfunctioning during or after cleaning

• Stains, odors, or contaminants that cannot be removed despite reasonable effort

• Items left behind in the vehicle

DFW Auto Details reserves the right to refuse service to any vehicle deemed unsafe, excessively contaminated, or outside the scope of this package.

Please Note – Drop-Off Service Only

Due to the extensive time, labor, and equipment required, the Intensive Interior Clean is not available as a mobile service.

We kindly ask that all vehicles for this service be dropped off at our facility to ensure the highest quality results.
